I always knew I would travel one of these days, and finally I did. My life has never been the
same since!
I grew up in Chicago and spent my vacations in various mid-western states, but it wasn't until I traveled overseas that I found a love for Photography.
On March 31st 1993 I left the United States for the first time. I was on my way to South Africa via London. I definitely have a preference for third world countries because they seem to have the most to offer and they fit my budget. The world has so much to offer.
I want my photographs to be as real as possible, that is, I try to compose my shots so that they capture exactly what I see and hopefully what I feel. I want to spread the desire to travel through my photographs. The main objective for this web site was to plant a seed of curiosity for other countries and their cultures.
